Hi, I'm Jaife Aboutrabbi – a nutrition and fitness coach, but above all, a woman committed to helping you leave excuses behind and become your best self, without extreme diets or impossible routines.

I started on this path seeking a better body, but I ended up falling in love with the process: feeling good, exercising, and nourishing my body. I learned to have a healthier and stronger relationship with myself, and I began to act and move from love, not criticism. I understood that true change doesn't come from punishment, but from balance, consistency, and, above all, self-love.

This is how Sweat Your Excuses was born: a space for real women who want real results. Here, we focus on macronutrients, conscious movement, and a mindset that propels you forward, not sabotages you.

I don't believe in perfect bodies. I believe in strong, healthy, and confident bodies. My mission is for you to feel good about yourself, both in and out of the mirror.
